Whether it’s troubleshooting software, setting up systems, or making sure everything runs smoothly, Jim ensures the team can focus on what matters most — our clients.

When he’s not solving tech puzzles, Jim enjoys hitting the golf course, perfecting his smoked meats, and surprising everyone with his Zumba moves (yes, really!). He’s also a proud dad of three and loves spending quality time with his wife and family. His unique mix of tech skills, fun-loving energy, and big heart makes him an invaluable part of the Sweet Lily Laser family.
